North Island College and School District 72 built a joint facility in Campbell River. Timberline Secondary School serves approximately 1,000 students in Grades 10 to 12. The Campbell River campus of North Island College serves about 700 fulltime equivalent students in a range of vocational, technical and academic programs. We were retained to evaluate how well the two entities have worked together in the joint facility. In particular, we were asked to assess several areas of potential integration including education, support services, college recruitment, facilities utilization, maintenance, organizational culture, and governance. Completed in 2002.
