PAO provides advice on provincial personnel policy and legislation as well as comprehensive personnel administration services. At the time of our study, PAO consisted of over 200 staff within five Divisions, and was housed in four separate buildings. We prepared a Facilities Program for Leased Accommodation, which specified requirements for office accommodation in the short term, and projected growth for five and ten-year planning horizons. The information was presented in a format, which provided maximum utility to the interior designers to develop layouts. In addition, information was collected and analyzed to assist in estimating cost of tenant improvements. The total area required in the short term was estimated at over 5400 square metres. Completed in 1982.
