Psychology Department, University of British Columbia, Vancouver, BC - 1978
Client: University of British Columbia
Building type: Industry/Research, Post-Secondary Education
A new building was planned to accommodate the Department’s graduate teaching, research, and administrative activities. Research encompassed behavioural studies with animals and humans, in addition to human behavioural therapy. We worked with a committee of faculty representatives and received direction from a coordinating committee. We toured analogous facilities in New Jersey, Ontario and California. The program was developed within an established space budget of 5200 square metres. Completed in 1978.
